Summer School on Modeling and Numerical Methods for Multiscale Problems

• Meeting in Iraklion on the Greek island of Crete starting June 2 ending June 10, 2003.
• Plenary lecturers: A. Cohen, T. Hou, J. Shin, J.E. Osborn, F. Otto.
• Senior participants will give 1 hour lecture.
• Very attractive for advanced grad (PhD) students and young researchers interested in learning the state of the art.
• FORTH, the meeting venue, is also a nice environment for informal interaction between participants.
• Travel and accomodation money is extremely limited; out-of-state applicants must provide their own support.
