A 3-day workshop on Diffuse Interface Models will be held in Lyon (France) on January 14-16, 2004. Some more information is available on the website http://www.umpa.ens-lyon.fr/~benzoni/W-2004.
This is to be the second edition of a Workshop organized by
It is supported by the French Ministry of Research under the `` ACI Jeunes Chercheurs'' project entitled Propagating phase boundaries and capillary fluids. The first workshop was also held in Lyon, on April 24-26, 2002.
The aim is to bring together scientists from different fields (physics, mathematics, numerics) working on diffuse interface models that arise in liquid-vapor, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid and solid-solid systems.
