The Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ukrainian Mathematical Society, the Weierstrass Institute for Applied Analysis & Stochastics, the Steklov Institute of Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Donetsk National University will organize the International Conference "Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations".

The conference will take place in Alushta, Ukraine, the picturesque health-resort town at the Crimean coast of the Black Sea, in the period September 15-21, 2003. This conference continues a series of traditional scientific meetings which the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics has carried out every other year since 1979. In the last decade these conferences have acquired an international status.
